The Challenge

I was hired to build the brands, strategy, products, and teams for PracticeGenius and The Patient Rewards Hub. Our goal was to bring Orthodontic Practices a platform for rewards, loyalty, and social marketing would all help to reinforce the Patient Rewards Hub and PracticeGenius as the leader for practice marketing and treatment compliance. We knew gamification and rewards would be the keys to help practices grow and achieve great results.

The Solution

As Creative Services Director, I built the creative team that designed thousands of practice marketing programs for individual Orthodontic Practices. Leading the cross-functional team including Creative, Marketing, Tech, Product Team, and Sales, we built the SaaS application, Website, Games, Social Content, and all practice marketing programs.

The Outcome

Patients were incentivized to show up on time for appointments, clean their teeth, and share content with their friends. Kids loved swiping their cards to get rewards (Hub Bux) that can be redeemed for fun prizes and gift cards. Practices loved that it helps them market their practice through social networks. ROI for practices was almost immediate in most cases and continues to be a primary funnel for growth. For the practices, they now had a currency that the patients love and is an effective tool to help them accomplish sustainable growth.
